Financial donations support the purchase of food and supplies for our pantry and operation expenses such as our utility bills.
Donate Food or Host a Community Food Drive
To donate food to Washburn Community Outreach Center, please send an email to set up a drop off appointment, or drop off during our Thursday and Friday food pantry hours (9 am - 1 pm).
Please make sure all food donated is sealed and within ‘best by’ date. We also welcome donations of sealed toiletries like soap, shampoo, deodorant, and diapers.
If you would like to lead a toiletries or food drive for WCOC, please reach out by phone or email, we welcome the conversation and can provide guidance to maximize impact and share our greatest needs!
THRIFT STORE
DONATIONS
The Washburn Community Outreach Thrift Store provides affordable clothing and housewares for anyone, without prejudice or qualifications. Thrift store sales support the food pantry purchases and operational expenses of our organization.
We accept donations of clothing or housewares in the blue donation box to the right of our Thrift Store. Please make sure clothing is clean and in good condition for its next owner. Thank you so much for deciding to share your gently used items for the benefit of your community.
We do not currently accept large furniture or electronics donations due to our space limitations, but know there are many other organizations in the county that do.
